Vellum Issuing

Vellum Issuing is a cloud issuer processor for banks and credit unions replacing legacy card platforms. It handles authorization, clearing, disputes and statement generation for consumer and commercial portfolios, and supports migration from an existing processor portfolio by portfolio rather than in a single weekend cutover.

Issuers can provision cards to device wallets and to merchants as network tokens, set real-time controls by MCC and geography, and run their own authorization rules alongside Vellum's standard stand-in logic.
