Keystone Ledgerworks provides embedded-finance infrastructure for European marketplaces and vertical SaaS. Platforms can issue virtual IBANs to each merchant or end customer, reconcile inbound SEPA credit transfers automatically against the virtual account, and sweep funds into safeguarded accounts at the end of each business day.

Its payment initiation module was rebuilt for the EU Instant Payments Regulation: outbound SEPA Instant transfers carry a Verification of Payee check before the payer confirms, and the API returns the four standard outcomes (match, close match, no match, check not possible) so the host application can render its own warning copy.

A safeguarding reconciliation report, generated daily, is designed to line up with the evidence an e-money institution typically produces for its auditors.
